This Refund Policy applies to challenge purchases, evaluation services, funded-account services, add-ons, upgrades, account features, affiliate-related purchases, and other digital products or services offered by PropLynq through our websites, dashboard, checkout pages, payment links, or authorized payment channels.
This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Evaluation Rules, Payout Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed at checkout.
By purchasing a challenge, add-on, upgrade, or other service from PropLynq, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Service Nature of Purchases
PropLynq provides digital services, including challenge account setup, evaluation access, dashboard access, broker-monitoring tools, MT5 account connection, account review, funded-account workflow access, and related technology services.
Because these services are digital and may begin immediately after purchase, refund eligibility depends on whether the service has been activated, provisioned, accessed, connected, used, breached, failed, completed, or otherwise consumed.
2. General Refund Rule
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
- the challenge account has been activated;
- account credentials have been issued;
- the account appears in your dashboard;
- the service has been provisioned;
- you have accessed the dashboard or account;
- you have connected or attempted to connect an MT5 account;
- trading has started;
- a trade has been opened or closed;
- a rule breach has occurred;
- the challenge has been failed;
- the challenge has been passed;
- the account has moved to another phase;
- funded-account review has started;
- a payout request has been made;
- the account has been suspended or terminated for a rule, compliance, payment, or Terms violation;
- an add-on, upgrade, discount, or promotional feature has been applied.
3. Refunds Before Activation
PropLynq may consider a refund request if:
- the purchase was made in error;
- the account has not been activated;
- credentials have not been issued;
- the service has not been accessed, connected, used, traded, or consumed;
- no rule review, compliance review, payout review, or account setup work has begun;
- the request is submitted within the timeframe required by PropLynq support.
Approval is not automatic. PropLynq may review the purchase status, activation logs, dashboard access, payment status, fraud risk, and support history before deciding whether a refund is available.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available where:
- you changed your mind after activation;
- you selected the wrong challenge type, account size, broker, payment method, currency, network, add-on, or product;
- you did not read the rules before purchasing;
- you failed a challenge;
- you breached daily loss, maximum drawdown, minimum trading days, consistency rules, payout rules, or other account rules;
- you experienced trading losses;
- you are dissatisfied with your trading performance;
- you no longer want to use the service;
- you used the service partially;
- you connected the wrong MT5 account;
- you provided incorrect broker, server, account, wallet, payment, or identity information;
- your broker account, MT5 account, wallet, payment method, or device had issues outside PropLynq's control;
- your broker changed spreads, swaps, commissions, leverage, symbols, or execution conditions;
- you experienced slippage, spread widening, platform downtime, market gaps, volatility, or trade execution issues;
- your account was suspended, failed, closed, or terminated due to rule violations, prohibited trading, fraud, account sharing, identity mismatch, compliance issues, chargeback activity, payment reversal, sanctions risk, or Terms violations;
- you purchased during a promotion, sale, campaign, discount period, or limited-time offer marked as final sale or non-refundable;
- you used a coupon, credit, add-on, affiliate discount, or special offer that was marked as non-refundable.
5. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you believe you made a duplicate payment or accidental overpayment, contact support@proplynq.com as soon as possible with your order details, transaction ID, payment method, and account email.
PropLynq may verify the payment records and, where a genuine duplicate payment is confirmed and the duplicate service has not been activated or used, may refund the duplicate amount or apply it as account credit.
Crypto overpayments, underpayments, unsupported asset transfers, wrong-network transfers, wrong-wallet transfers, and exchange-rate differences may not be recoverable.
6. Technical Issues
If a technical issue caused by PropLynq prevents activation or access to a purchased service, PropLynq may choose, at its discretion and where appropriate, to:
- fix the issue;
- reissue credentials;
- reconnect the account;
- replace the affected account;
- extend access;
- provide account credit;
- or approve a refund where the service cannot reasonably be delivered.
Refunds are generally not available for technical issues caused by your device, browser, internet connection, email provider, broker, MT5 server, wallet, payment provider, exchange, VPN, VPS, firewall, third-party software, or incorrect information provided by you.
7. Broker and BYOB-Related Issues
Under PropLynq's Bring Your Own Broker model, you select from approved broker options and connect an eligible MT5 account.
Refunds are not available solely because:
- you dislike your selected broker's spreads, swaps, commissions, leverage, symbols, or execution;
- your broker rejected, delayed, slipped, requoted, or changed an order;
- your broker had downtime, server issues, pricing differences, weekend gaps, or liquidity issues;
- your broker changed its terms, restrictions, or account conditions;
- you selected a broker that is not suitable for your strategy;
- you failed to maintain a valid MT5 connection;
- you changed broker preference after activation.
If PropLynq removes or disables a broker for technical, compliance, risk, or operational reasons, PropLynq may decide whether to offer migration, replacement, account credit, or another remedy depending on the circumstances.
8. Add-Ons, Upgrades, and Promotional Features
Add-ons, upgrades, account features, accelerated options, profit-split upgrades, minimum-trading-day add-ons, discounts, coupons, promotional credits, and campaign offers may be non-refundable once applied, activated, provisioned, accessed, or used.
If an add-on was purchased by mistake and has not been applied or used, PropLynq may review the request and decide whether account credit or a refund is appropriate.
9. Crypto Payments
Crypto payments are final once sent unless PropLynq confirms that a refund is available under this Refund Policy.
You are responsible for sending the correct asset, on the correct network, to the correct address, within the required payment window.
PropLynq is not responsible for:
- wrong-network transfers;
- wrong-wallet transfers;
- unsupported assets;
- underpayments;
- overpayments;
- delayed blockchain confirmations;
- wallet errors;
- exchange errors;
- network fees;
- gas fees;
- exchange-rate movement;
- lost private keys;
- blocked wallets;
- third-party compliance holds.
If a crypto refund is approved, PropLynq may deduct blockchain network fees, payment-provider fees, exchange fees, administrative costs, and any non-recoverable third-party charges where permitted by law.
Refunds may be issued in the original crypto asset, stablecoin, account credit, or another method approved by PropLynq. The refund value may be calculated based on the original payment value or another reasonable method determined by PropLynq.
10. Card, Bank, and Payment Processor Refunds
If a refund is approved for a card, bank, or payment-processor transaction, PropLynq may refund the original payment method or another method approved by PropLynq.
Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, country, currency, compliance review, and third-party systems. PropLynq cannot guarantee when funds will appear in your account after a refund has been processed.
Payment-processing fees, currency-conversion fees, bank fees, card fees, and third-party fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You must contact PropLynq support before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, bank dispute, fraud claim, or payment-provider dispute.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter with PropLynq, or if the dispute is false, abusive, or inconsistent with this Refund Policy, PropLynq may:
- suspend your account;
- terminate active challenges;
- cancel funded-account eligibility;
- withhold payouts;
- restrict future purchases;
- submit evidence to the payment provider;
- recover costs, fees, chargeback penalties, administrative expenses, and amounts owed;
- close affiliate or referral access;
- take any other action permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel your contractual obligations or override this Refund Policy.
12. Fraud, Abuse, Rule Violations, and Compliance Issues
Refunds may be denied where PropLynq detects or suspects:
- fraud;
- identity mismatch;
- fake or altered documents;
- duplicate accounts;
- account sharing;
- third-party account management;
- payment fraud;
- stolen payment method use;
- chargeback abuse;
- refund abuse;
- coupon abuse;
- affiliate abuse;
- prohibited trading;
- broker manipulation;
- MT5 connection manipulation;
- sanctions risk;
- AML risk;
- restricted-jurisdiction access;
- violation of the Terms of Service, Evaluation Rules, Payout Policy, or other applicable policies.
In these cases, PropLynq may also suspend or terminate access, fail the account, revoke funded eligibility, withhold payouts, and restrict future purchases.
13. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@proplynq.com and include:
- your full name;
- account email;
- order number or transaction ID;
- payment method;
- challenge type and account size;
- date of purchase;
- reason for the refund request;
- any screenshots or evidence relevant to the request.
PropLynq may request additional information before making a decision. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
14. Review Timeline
PropLynq aims to review refund requests within a reasonable time. Review timing may depend on the payment method, account status, activation status, broker data, compliance review, payment-provider review, support volume, public holidays, or whether additional information is required.
15. Account Credit
Where a cash refund is not available or not appropriate, PropLynq may, at its discretion, offer account credit, replacement access, account reset, migration, or another remedy.
Account credit has no cash value, may be subject to expiration, may not be transferable, and may be subject to product-specific restrictions.
16. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or legal rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Where applicable law requires a different refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right, PropLynq will comply to the extent required by that law.
17. Changes to This Refund Policy
PropLynq may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new Last updated date.
The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law, payment-provider rule, fraud-prevention requirement, compliance requirement, or another mandatory reason.
