By purchasing a challenge or any related service, you agree to the terms described below, along with the Terms of Service and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund may be requested before trading is initiated, provided that no trades have been placed on the account, no broker connection has been established, and no challenge or funded credentials have been used to access any trading platform. Orders that remain completely unused may also be subject to any longer non-activation window stated at checkout.
Once any trade has been placed, any broker connection established, or the challenge account has been logged into, the challenge is considered activated and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Once activation occurs, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
Challenge Fee Refund on Funded Accounts
Where a purchased product includes a challenge fee refund, a trader who successfully completes the required evaluation and progresses to the funded stage may become eligible to receive a refund of the original challenge fee, subject to the terms of that specific product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the applicable product terms, any eligible challenge fee refund is paid in addition to, and is not deducted from, the trader’s reward split.
The amount and timing of any challenge fee refund depend on the purchased model and the applicable funded-stage reward or payout milestone. Discounts, promotional credits, add-ons, resets, supplementary purchases, taxes, and network fees are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued if the order has been activated, if the 24-hour refund window has expired, if the account has been terminated due to a rule violation, or if the account has been terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, AML/KYC requirements, or any other applicable policy.
Refunds are also not available for dissatisfaction with trading results, failure to complete the evaluation successfully, or issues outside PropLynq’s reasonable control, including broker-side, wallet-side, or third-party service issues.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact support@proplynq.com with your account ID and order details. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Crypto Refunds
Because PropLynq currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only, all approved refunds will be handled in crypto.
Approved refunds will be sent only to the same wallet address that originally sent the payment. PropLynq may require information reasonably requested to verify control of the originating wallet before processing the refund.
Refunds may be made in USDT or another stable-value crypto asset determined by PropLynq, based on the original payment amount recorded by PropLynq at the time of purchase.
PropLynq is not responsible for losses caused by wallet incompatibility, incorrect wallet information, wrong network selection, custodial wallet restrictions, exchange limitations, or other third-party wallet issues. Applicable blockchain network fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Exceptions
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting PropLynq support may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending payouts.
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to rule violations or Terms of Service breaches.
Nothing in this section limits a user’s legal rights where a dispute is made in good faith and supported by applicable law.
Challenge Reset Refunds
Challenge reset purchases are non-refundable once the reset has been applied to the account.
Add-on Refunds
Add-on purchases (profit split upgrades, etc.) are non-refundable once applied. If purchased but not yet applied, they may be eligible for refund upon request.
If an add-on was purchased but has not yet been applied and the underlying challenge order remains completely unused, PropLynq may, at its discretion, approve a refund for that unused add-on.
Promotional & Discounted Purchases
Purchases made with promotional codes, discounts, or special offers are subject to the same refund policy. The refunded amount will be the actual amount paid after discounts.
PropLynq reserves the right to exclude certain promotional purchases from refund eligibility, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Policy Changes
PropLynq reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not affect refund requests submitted before the change date. The current policy at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
Any changes will apply prospectively only. The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, unless a change is required by law.
