Política de Reembolso

Esta Política de Reembolso establece los términos y condiciones bajo los cuales PropLynq procesará reembolsos por compras de cuentas de desafío. Al comprar un desafío, usted acepta los términos descritos a continuación.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which PropLynq will process refunds for challenge purchases, resets, add-ons, and related services. By purchasing a challenge or any related service, you agree to the terms described below, along with the Terms of Service and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

Puede solicitarse un reembolso completo antes de que se inicie el trading, siempre que no se haya realizado ninguna operación en la cuenta, no se haya establecido ninguna conexión con un broker y no se hayan utilizado credenciales de desafío o de cuenta financiada para acceder a ninguna plataforma de trading. Los pedidos que permanezcan completamente sin usar también pueden estar sujetos a cualquier plazo más amplio de no activación indicado en el checkout.

Una vez que se haya realizado cualquier operación, se haya establecido cualquier conexión con un broker o se haya iniciado sesión en la cuenta de desafío, el desafío se considera activado y ya no será elegible para reembolso.

Once activation occurs, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Where a purchased product includes a challenge fee refund, a trader who successfully completes the required evaluation and progresses to the funded stage may become eligible to receive a refund of the original challenge fee, subject to the terms of that specific product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the applicable product terms, any eligible challenge fee refund is paid in addition to, and is not deducted from, the trader’s reward split.

The amount and timing of any challenge fee refund depend on the purchased model and the applicable funded-stage reward or payout milestone. Discounts, promotional credits, add-ons, resets, supplementary purchases, taxes, and network fees are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refunds will not be issued if the order has been activated, if the 24-hour refund window has expired, if the account has been terminated due to a rule violation, or if the account has been terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, AML/KYC requirements, or any other applicable policy.

Refunds are also not available for dissatisfaction with trading results, failure to complete the evaluation successfully, or issues outside PropLynq’s reasonable control, including broker-side, wallet-side, or third-party service issues.

Los reembolsos aprobados se procesan al método de pago original dentro de un plazo de 5 a 10 días hábiles. El tiempo de procesamiento puede variar según su proveedor de pago.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although actual receipt times may vary depending on blockchain conditions, internal reviews, compliance checks, and other processing constraints.

Because PropLynq currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only, all approved refunds will be handled in crypto.

Approved refunds will be sent only to the same wallet address that originally sent the payment. PropLynq may require information reasonably requested to verify control of the originating wallet before processing the refund.

Refunds may be made in USDT or another stable-value crypto asset determined by PropLynq, based on the original payment amount recorded by PropLynq at the time of purchase.

PropLynq is not responsible for losses caused by wallet incompatibility, incorrect wallet information, wrong network selection, custodial wallet restrictions, exchange limitations, or other third-party wallet issues. Applicable blockchain network fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Las devoluciones de cargo o disputas de pago iniciadas sin contactar primero con el soporte de PropLynq pueden dar lugar a la suspensión de la cuenta y a la pérdida de cualquier pago pendiente.

No hay reembolsos disponibles para cuentas canceladas debido a infracciones de las reglas o de los Términos de Servicio.

Nothing in this section limits a user’s legal rights where a dispute is made in good faith and supported by applicable law.

Las compras de reinicio del desafío no son reembolsables una vez que el reinicio se ha aplicado a la cuenta.

Las compras de add-ons (mejoras de reparto de beneficios, etc.) no son reembolsables una vez aplicadas. Si se compraron pero aún no se han aplicado, pueden ser elegibles para reembolso previa solicitud.

If an add-on was purchased but has not yet been applied and the underlying challenge order remains completely unused, PropLynq may, at its discretion, approve a refund for that unused add-on.

Las compras realizadas con códigos promocionales, descuentos u ofertas especiales están sujetas a la misma política de reembolso. El importe reembolsado será el importe efectivamente pagado después de aplicar los descuentos.

PropLynq se reserva el derecho de excluir ciertas compras promocionales de la elegibilidad para reembolso, lo cual se indicará claramente en el momento de la compra.

PropLynq reserves the right to exclude certain promotional purchases from refund eligibility or apply different refund rules where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

PropLynq se reserva el derecho de actualizar esta Política de Reembolso en cualquier momento. Los cambios no afectarán a las solicitudes de reembolso enviadas antes de la fecha del cambio. La política vigente en el momento de la compra se aplica a esa transacción.

Any changes will apply prospectively only. The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, unless a change is required by law.
