این سیاست بازگشت وجه شرایط و ضوابطی را توضیح می‌دهد که PropLynq بر اساس آن بازپرداخت خریدهای حساب چالش را پردازش می‌کند. با خرید یک چالش، شما با شرایط شرح‌داده‌شده در زیر موافقت می‌کنید.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which PropLynq will process refunds for challenge purchases, resets, add-ons, and related services. By purchasing a challenge or any related service, you agree to the terms described below, along with the Terms of Service and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

بازپرداخت کامل را می‌توان پیش از شروع معامله درخواست کرد، مشروط بر اینکه هیچ معامله‌ای روی حساب انجام نشده باشد، هیچ اتصالی با کارگزار برقرار نشده باشد و هیچ‌یک از مشخصات چالش یا حساب سرمایه‌گذاری‌شده برای ورود به هیچ پلتفرم معاملاتی استفاده نشده باشد. سفارش‌هایی که کاملاً بلااستفاده باقی مانده‌اند ممکن است مشمول هر بازه طولانی‌ترِ عدم‌فعال‌سازی ذکرشده در صفحه پرداخت نیز باشند.

به‌محض انجام هر معامله، برقراری هرگونه اتصال با کارگزار یا ورود به حساب چالش، چالش فعال‌شده تلقی می‌شود و دیگر واجد شرایط بازگشت وجه نخواهد بود.

Once activation occurs, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Where a purchased product includes a challenge fee refund, a trader who successfully completes the required evaluation and progresses to the funded stage may become eligible to receive a refund of the original challenge fee, subject to the terms of that specific product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the applicable product terms, any eligible challenge fee refund is paid in addition to, and is not deducted from, the trader’s reward split.

The amount and timing of any challenge fee refund depend on the purchased model and the applicable funded-stage reward or payout milestone. Discounts, promotional credits, add-ons, resets, supplementary purchases, taxes, and network fees are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refunds will not be issued if the order has been activated, if the 24-hour refund window has expired, if the account has been terminated due to a rule violation, or if the account has been terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, AML/KYC requirements, or any other applicable policy.

Refunds are also not available for dissatisfaction with trading results, failure to complete the evaluation successfully, or issues outside PropLynq’s reasonable control, including broker-side, wallet-side, or third-party service issues.

برای درخواست بازگشت وجه، با support@proplynq.com تماس بگیرید و شناسه حساب و جزئیات سفارش خود را ارائه کنید. درخواست‌های بازگشت وجه ظرف ۳ روز کاری بررسی می‌شوند.

بازپرداخت‌های تأییدشده ظرف ۵ تا ۱۰ روز کاری به روش پرداخت اصلی پردازش می‌شوند. زمان پردازش ممکن است بسته به ارائه‌دهنده پرداخت شما متفاوت باشد.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although actual receipt times may vary depending on blockchain conditions, internal reviews, compliance checks, and other processing constraints.

Because PropLynq currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only, all approved refunds will be handled in crypto.

Approved refunds will be sent only to the same wallet address that originally sent the payment. PropLynq may require information reasonably requested to verify control of the originating wallet before processing the refund.

Refunds may be made in USDT or another stable-value crypto asset determined by PropLynq, based on the original payment amount recorded by PropLynq at the time of purchase.

PropLynq is not responsible for losses caused by wallet incompatibility, incorrect wallet information, wrong network selection, custodial wallet restrictions, exchange limitations, or other third-party wallet issues. Applicable blockchain network fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

اگر برگشت وجه یا اختلافات پرداخت بدون تماس اولیه با پشتیبانی PropLynq آغاز شود، ممکن است به تعلیق حساب و از دست رفتن هرگونه پرداخت معوق منجر شود.

برای حساب‌هایی که به دلیل نقض قوانین یا شرایط خدمات خاتمه یافته‌اند، بازگشت وجهی ارائه نمی‌شود.

Nothing in this section limits a user’s legal rights where a dispute is made in good faith and supported by applicable law.

خریدهای ریست چالش پس از اعمال ریست روی حساب، قابل بازگشت نیستند.

خرید افزونه‌ها (مانند ارتقای تقسیم سود و غیره) پس از اعمال، قابل بازگشت نیست. اگر خریداری شده اما هنوز اعمال نشده باشد، ممکن است بنا به درخواست واجد شرایط بازگشت وجه باشد.

If an add-on was purchased but has not yet been applied and the underlying challenge order remains completely unused, PropLynq may, at its discretion, approve a refund for that unused add-on.

خریدهایی که با کدهای تبلیغاتی، تخفیف‌ها یا پیشنهادهای ویژه انجام شده‌اند، مشمول همان سیاست بازگشت وجه هستند. مبلغ بازپرداخت‌شده برابر با مبلغ واقعی پرداخت‌شده پس از اعمال تخفیف‌ها خواهد بود.

PropLynq این حق را برای خود محفوظ می‌دارد که برخی خریدهای تبلیغاتی را از شرایط بازگشت وجه مستثنا کند و این موضوع در زمان خرید به‌روشنی اعلام خواهد شد.

PropLynq reserves the right to exclude certain promotional purchases from refund eligibility or apply different refund rules where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

PropLynq این حق را برای خود محفوظ می‌دارد که در هر زمان این سیاست بازگشت وجه را به‌روزرسانی کند. تغییرات بر درخواست‌های بازگشت وجهی که پیش از تاریخ تغییر ارسال شده‌اند اثر نخواهد گذاشت. سیاست جاری در زمان خرید بر همان تراکنش اعمال می‌شود.

Any changes will apply prospectively only. The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, unless a change is required by law.
