توضح سياسة الاسترداد هذه الشروط والأحكام التي بموجبها ستقوم PropLynq بمعالجة المبالغ المستردة لعمليات شراء حسابات التحدي. ومن خلال شراء تحدٍ، فإنك توافق على الشروط الموضحة أدناه.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which PropLynq will process refunds for challenge purchases, resets, add-ons, and related services. By purchasing a challenge or any related service, you agree to the terms described below, along with the Terms of Service and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.

يمكن طلب استرداد كامل قبل بدء التداول، بشرط ألا تكون قد وُضعت أي صفقات على الحساب، وألا يكون قد تم إنشاء أي اتصال مع وسيط، وألا تكون قد استُخدمت أي بيانات اعتماد للتحدي أو للحساب الممول للوصول إلى أي منصة تداول. وقد تخضع الطلبات التي تظل غير مستخدمة بالكامل أيضًا لأي مهلة أطول لعدم التفعيل يتم ذكرها عند إتمام الشراء.

بمجرد تنفيذ أي صفقة، أو إنشاء أي اتصال مع وسيط، أو تسجيل الدخول إلى حساب التحدي، يُعتبر التحدي مفعّلًا ولم يعد مؤهلًا للاسترداد.

Once activation occurs, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Where a purchased product includes a challenge fee refund, a trader who successfully completes the required evaluation and progresses to the funded stage may become eligible to receive a refund of the original challenge fee, subject to the terms of that specific product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in the applicable product terms, any eligible challenge fee refund is paid in addition to, and is not deducted from, the trader’s reward split.

The amount and timing of any challenge fee refund depend on the purchased model and the applicable funded-stage reward or payout milestone. Discounts, promotional credits, add-ons, resets, supplementary purchases, taxes, and network fees are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refunds will not be issued if the order has been activated, if the 24-hour refund window has expired, if the account has been terminated due to a rule violation, or if the account has been terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, AML/KYC requirements, or any other applicable policy.

Refunds are also not available for dissatisfaction with trading results, failure to complete the evaluation successfully, or issues outside PropLynq’s reasonable control, including broker-side, wallet-side, or third-party service issues.

تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل. وقد يختلف وقت المعالجة حسب مزود خدمة الدفع لديك.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although actual receipt times may vary depending on blockchain conditions, internal reviews, compliance checks, and other processing constraints.

Because PropLynq currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only, all approved refunds will be handled in crypto.

Approved refunds will be sent only to the same wallet address that originally sent the payment. PropLynq may require information reasonably requested to verify control of the originating wallet before processing the refund.

Refunds may be made in USDT or another stable-value crypto asset determined by PropLynq, based on the original payment amount recorded by PropLynq at the time of purchase.

PropLynq is not responsible for losses caused by wallet incompatibility, incorrect wallet information, wrong network selection, custodial wallet restrictions, exchange limitations, or other third-party wallet issues. Applicable blockchain network fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

قد تؤدي عمليات رد المبالغ أو نزاعات الدفع التي تبدأ دون التواصل أولًا مع دعم PropLynq إلى تعليق الحساب ومصادرة أي مدفوعات معلقة.

لا تتوفر استردادات للحسابات التي تم إنهاؤها بسبب انتهاكات للقواعد أو لشروط الخدمة.

Nothing in this section limits a user’s legal rights where a dispute is made in good faith and supported by applicable law.

لا تكون عمليات شراء إعادة تعيين التحدي قابلة للاسترداد بمجرد تطبيق إعادة التعيين على الحساب.

إن مشتريات الإضافات (مثل ترقيات نسبة تقاسم الأرباح وغيرها) غير قابلة للاسترداد بمجرد تطبيقها. وإذا تم شراؤها ولكن لم تُطبَّق بعد، فقد تكون مؤهلة للاسترداد عند الطلب.

If an add-on was purchased but has not yet been applied and the underlying challenge order remains completely unused, PropLynq may, at its discretion, approve a refund for that unused add-on.

تخضع المشتريات التي تتم باستخدام أكواد ترويجية أو خصومات أو عروض خاصة لنفس سياسة الاسترداد. وسيكون المبلغ المسترد هو المبلغ الفعلي المدفوع بعد الخصومات.

تحتفظ PropLynq بالحق في استبعاد بعض المشتريات الترويجية من أهلية الاسترداد، وسيتم توضيح ذلك بوضوح وقت الشراء.

PropLynq reserves the right to exclude certain promotional purchases from refund eligibility or apply different refund rules where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

تحتفظ PropLynq بالحق في تحديث سياسة الاسترداد هذه في أي وقت. ولن تؤثر التغييرات على طلبات الاسترداد المقدمة قبل تاريخ التغيير. وتسري السياسة الحالية وقت الشراء على تلك المعاملة.

Any changes will apply prospectively only. The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, unless a change is required by law.
