PropLynq challenge accounts are conducted in a simulated trading environment. Purchasing a challenge does not mean you are opening a brokerage account with PropLynq, depositing funds with PropLynq, or receiving investment services from PropLynq.

Under the bring-your-own-broker (BYOB) model, PropLynq monitors trading activity through its platform connection to your chosen approved broker. PropLynq’s monitoring access is read-only and does not place trades, modify trades, or withdraw funds on your behalf.

Failure to comply with applicable trading rules, risk parameters, verification requirements, or platform policies may result in challenge failure, funded account loss, payout denial, or account termination.

Challenge fees, resets, add-ons, and related purchases may be lost. PropLynq does not guarantee success, profitability, funding, or continued participation.

PropLynq is not responsible for losses, failed trades, delayed updates, or other adverse consequences caused by technical failures, connectivity issues, broker-side system problems, cyber incidents, maintenance events, or other circumstances beyond PropLynq’s reasonable control.

Approval of a broker for use with PropLynq does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or representation regarding that broker’s quality, safety, or suitability for your needs.

Challenge purchases, payouts, profit splits, and other transfers may be subject to delays, verification checks, provider restrictions, intermediary errors, blockchain congestion, banking interruptions, compliance reviews, sanctions screening, or technical failures beyond PropLynq’s control.

PropLynq is not responsible for losses, delays, failed transfers, or additional costs caused by banks, payment processors, wallet providers, blockchain networks, exchanges, or other third-party payment or payout channels.
